Job Requirements

Must be able to stand 100% of the time during shift
Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe surfaces
Able to work in environments with exposure to cold, heat, water, and loud noise
Able to follow directions and perform assigned tasks promptly
Must comply with uniform policy
Must have reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Able to report to work as scheduled
Adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times
Possess knowledge of food and drinks served
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
Perform cleaning duties effectively
Works well in a team environment

Job Duties

Understands all steps of service and dining room procedures
Removes all dishes from table after guest has departed
Clean, sanitize, and reset table
Clean all chairs, booths, and floor area around table between each guest use
Bring all dishware and glassware to dish area and place in respective areas
Alert the host to open and clean tables
Assist all servers throughout shift when needed
