Job Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
High school diploma or GED
Previous bussing experience preferred

Ability to provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
Ability to assist servers and work effectively within a team

Job Duties

Provide supplies to servers
Polish and stock equipment for operations including silverware, linens, and glassware
Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
Arrange tables with tabletop equipment according to design
Ensure guest tables are maintained to standards in a timely manner
Make coffee and ensure it is ready to be served
Assist servers as requested
Perform all opening and closing side duties
Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
Perform other duties as assigned
