Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or bussing experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a team environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
- successful completion of required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- willingness to attend and successfully complete training programs
- compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
