Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous janitorial or bussing experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed instructions
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • successful completion of required training and certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • willingness to attend and successfully complete training programs
  • compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
