Job Requirements

- Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to meet the demands of a restaurant environment
- Willingness to obtain food handler and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire

Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests
- Assist servers by replenishing water, bread, and other items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
- Dispose of trash and clean dirty dishes as necessary
- Communicate effectively with the serving team to ensure smooth operations
- Support the team during busy service times by assisting where needed
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all service areas
