Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry items such as trays and cleaning supplies
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of sanitation standards
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environment a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Passion for food and customer service
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality
Keep a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
Communicate when tables are ready to be seated
Perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
Roll silverware and maintain restroom cleanliness
Support team members to enhance guest service
Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and guest satisfaction
