Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- interacts with guests to provide high-level customer service and create exceptional experiences
- works directly with team members to fulfill guests' needs and requests promptly
- maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- washes hands every 20 minutes during shifts
- supports other front of house functions as needed
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work
- physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, lifting up to 30 lbs, working in varying noise levels, and balancing while carrying heavy loads
- able to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- possesses communication skills and ability to work alone and with a team
- provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- positively communicates with team members and management
Job Duties
- Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
- acknowledges all guests within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner
- provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- assists servers with performing table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- assists servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- provides final removal of plate and glassware after guest departure
- resets tables promptly including silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- empties trash cans in the restaurant
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking work areas for next shift
