Job Requirements
- High school education
- prior experience as a busser preferred
- ability to carry food and beverage trays
- valid California driver’s license
- ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, handle, lift, carry up to 70 lbs, and perform occasional crouching, stooping, kneeling, or crawling
- ability to communicate clearly and interact with diverse individuals
- mental alertness and safety consciousness
- ability to adapt to variable indoor and outdoor work environments and climate conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school education
- one year restaurant experience as a busser preferred
- ability to carry food and beverage trays effectively
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective communication skills for interaction with members, guests, and employees
- outgoing personality
- excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during, and after meal service
- supports the goals and objectives of the company with a professional, service-oriented attitude
- follows safe work practices at all times
- serves water and bread as members and guests are seated
- maintains bread and water service throughout the evening
- assists servers in carrying food trays to tables
- stocks server's station with supplies
- sets upside station and performs assigned side work at beginning and end of each shift
- removes soiled dishes, glassware, and linen, replacing with clean ones
- keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly
- collects trash and performs cleanup and closing duties
- keeps ice bins filled
- advises supervisor of any complaints
- attends all service staff meetings as requested by management
