Job Requirements
- previous experience is not required, training provided
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and other applicable systems
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- must be able to communicate effectively
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and answer guests’ questions
- review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- deliver an exceptional hospitality experience anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations
- clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and reset tables
- restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
- assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
- understand restaurant seating layout and deliver food within the restaurant
