Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system, and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items, provide guidance on menu choices, and answer guest questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and resetting tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
