Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale (POS) system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, assist guests in choosing menu items, and answer guest questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
- Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
