Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required - we will train you
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and any other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or we will help you obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests on choosing menu items
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery driver ensuring order accuracy
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and reset tables as needed
- Remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
