Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and sanitized
- Prepare tables with silverware and clean linens for new guests
- Assist hosts, servers, and managers in managing the dining room
- Quickly turn over tables to facilitate efficient seating
- Maintain a spotless dining environment throughout service
- Support the front-of-house team in guest service tasks
