Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Have or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through ordering experience for dine-in, takeout, and catering
- Understand the menu to assist guests with selections and answer questions
- Review orders for accuracy with guests and delivery drivers
- Deliver hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Clean, bus, and sanitize restaurant tables and reset as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain restaurant stations
- Serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeout
