Job Requirements

Ability to quickly clean and reset tables as per company standards
working knowledge of food safety standards
ability to carry and balance several plates safely
excellent communication skills
ability to maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor
ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a quick pace
able to restock dining room supplies
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team environment
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

Ability to quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per the company standards
observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
pre-bus and bus tables as needed including sweeping of the floor
maintain a working knowledge of food safety standards
consistently maintain an outgoing personality and be friendly with excellent communication skills
safely carry and balance several plates of food as a food runner
communicate clearly with guests, servers, bartenders and managers about any concerns
refill all non-alcoholic drinks for guests
restock utensils, napkins, condiments and other dining room needs
approach all tables with a warm, outgoing manner and correctly issue all food and beverage items
interact regularly with guests to attend to needs missed by servers or guests' requests
handle stress well and maintain a quick pace with a positive attitude
