Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows company policies including time recording requirements such as clocking in and out and completing end-of-shift prompts
- Interacts with guests to provide high-level customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- Works directly with other team members to fulfill guests' needs and requests promptly
- Assists host or hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- Runs food to and from guests while ensuring proper handling and meeting guest expectations
- Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
- Responds immediately to guests' requests and inquiries
- Assists servers with table quality check backs to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cleans tables and spills during guests' visits
- Assists servers in pre-bussing dishware
- Removes plate and glassware after guests depart
- Resets tables promptly with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detail
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Completes end-of-shift side work including stocking and preparing for the next shift
- Washes hands every 20 minutes to maintain sanitation
- Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- Collaborates with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols
- Supports other front-of-house functions as needed
- Communicates positively with team members and management
- Provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- Demonstrates ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ensures balanced and safe handling of heavy loads
- Communicates effectively in a high-stress environment
- Supports teamwork and positive workplace communication
