Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guests' questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers ensuring order accuracy
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
