Job Requirements

No previous experience required - willing to train
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale (POS) system
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, assist guests in choosing menu items, and answer questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas
Deliver food within the restaurant
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
