Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system, and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage but not required

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items is a plus
Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, and assist guests in choosing menu items
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery, and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
- Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
