Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of lifting and carrying trays and cleaning supplies
- able to follow instructions and maintain a clean work environment
- strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- update and communicate to hosts and servers when tables are available for seating
- perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- support team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
