Job Duties
- ensure the restaurant is clean, safe and sanitized
- maintain the dining room tidy and spotless
- clean and reset tables with silverware and linens for new guests
- assist hosts, servers and managers during table turnovers

- support efficient seating and service flow
- follow health and safety standards
