Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move restaurant supplies

Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe and sanitized
- Keep tables cleaned and reset with silverware for efficient seating
- Assist hosts, servers, and managers with dining room maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area throughout service
- Support table turnover by preparing seating areas quickly
- Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
- Comply with health and safety regulations
