Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser or server assistant in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy trays or bus tubs
- Attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished their meals, ensuring that used dishes, glassware, and utensils are removed
- Reset tables with clean and properly arranged table settings, including linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments
- Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests' tables, working closely with the waitstaff to ensure accurate and timely service
- Pre-bus tables by removing empty plates, glasses, and clutter throughout the meal, keeping the dining area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns related to table cleanliness or organization
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces as needed
- Restock and replenish necessary items, such as napkins, straws, and condiments, at each table
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of service, including communicating special requests or modifications to orders
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and any additional equipment required for special events or private dining reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ensuring that bussing stations are properly stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist in the disposal of trash and recycling in accordance with waste management guidelines
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Support other team members as needed, including helping with special events or providing assistance in other areas of the restaurant
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a harmonious and efficient work environment
- Polish glassware, plate ware and silverware as needed
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
