- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as criminal background checks, drug screening, and reference verification
Job Duties
- Report to work area on time in proper uniform
- Prep garnishing station as requested by chefs at the beginning of the shift
- Deliver food timely and accurately as requested by servers and prepared by chefs
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items and ingredients
- Accurately interpret server’s requests and ask for clarification as needed
- Ensure table is properly set up for the next course
- Deliver food accurately to the correct location and seat without auctioning
- Properly describe food to guests as it is delivered
- Assist in cleaning, detailing, and resetting tables
- Keep work area neat, organized, and detailed during the shift
- Complete additional projects assigned by the manager
- Attend departmental meetings
