Job Requirements
- previous experience is not required
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system and any other applicable systems
- ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- must be able to communicate effectively
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests on choosing menu items
- review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers ensuring order accuracy
- deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and reset tables as needed
- restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
