- Ability to quickly clean and reset tables according to company standards
- Consistent focus on food safety and hygiene
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to serve as food runner occasionally
- Ability to refill non alcoholic drinks and assist with guest needs
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle stress
- Physical ability to carry plates and restock dining room items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to lift and carry trays or plates safely
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Ability to quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per the company standards
- Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards
- Bussers must always maintain an outgoing personality and be consistently friendly with excellent communication skills
- Bussers may be also be utilized as food runners and must have the ability to safely carry and balance several plates of food at one time with a good pace
- The ability to clearly communicate with guests and to servers, bartenders and/or a manager with any concerns or problems with a guest
- The ability to refill all non alcoholic drinks for guests and to clearly communicate with servers in the event that a guest requests a food or beverage item
- A consistent positive attitude, handles stress well, and maintains a quick pace and the desire to have fun at work
