Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dining tables and seating areas promptly after guests leave
- Assist hosts and servers in seating guests efficiently by preparing tables with silverware and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining room, including floors and restrooms
- Support servers and management in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment
- Ensure tables turn over quickly and efficiently to maximize seating capacity
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate dining room readiness
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly to provide a safe dining experience
