Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required – we will train you
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s)
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guiding guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand restaurant menu to assist guests with menu items for takeout and catering
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout and deliver food within the restaurant as needed
