Job Requirements
- high school student or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- good communication skills

- basic understanding of cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- clean tables after guests leave
- clear dirty plates, glasses, and silverware
- wipe down and sanitize tables
- vacuum or sweep floors and chairs
- supply tables with silverware, placemats, and napkins
- empty and replace trash bags
- wash dishes by hand or dishwasher
- mop spills in kitchen or dining area
- assist in seating guests
- serve drinks and appetizers
