Job Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Good vision for close tasks such as computer screen work
- Excellent verbal and listening skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and friendly greeting
- Satisfy patron and staff requests in a timely manner
- Remove dirty or used dishes, silverware and glassware in dining areas as needed and deliver them to dishwashing area
- Maintain proper stock of clean dishware, silverware, dishware and bus tubs in server areas and restock at end of shift
- Remove trash from service areas throughout shift and at end of shift
- Perform opening side work
- Perform closing side work
- Assist co-workers with cleaning and resetting tables and additional cleaning as needed
- Separate linens by color and bring to resort laundry area
- Assist co-workers as needed
- Assist with maintaining storage areas and special projects as assigned by supervisor
- Follow Dolphin Hotels and Bilmar policies at all times
