Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
a minimum of one year of relevant restaurant experience
ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
strong interpersonal and communication skills
capacity to multitask and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods

Job Qualifications

at least one year of experience as a service team member, cashier, counter server, busser, or runner in a fast casual restaurant environment
strong hospitality skills and a dedication to guest service
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
effective communication and teamwork skills
flexibility to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

bus tables and clean dining areas promptly and efficiently
assist with running food to guests and clearing plates
coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely order delivery
maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
provide friendly and attentive customer service
support the team in various roles including expediting and counter service
adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
