Job Requirements
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- physical stamina and ability to lift heavy kegs and boxes
- ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
- able to lift 80 pounds at a time
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- knowledge of restaurant seating and service flow is beneficial
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- cleaning and bussing restaurant tables and side work
- running food to guests
- assisting with catering orders including delivery when applicable
- supporting dine-in and takeout operations
- providing exceptional guest service and ensuring order accuracy
- restocking and maintaining restaurant stations
- serving food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
