Job Requirements

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • physical stamina and ability to lift heavy kegs and boxes
  • ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
  • able to lift 80 pounds at a time

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • knowledge of restaurant seating and service flow is beneficial
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • cleaning and bussing restaurant tables and side work
  • running food to guests
  • assisting with catering orders including delivery when applicable
  • supporting dine-in and takeout operations
  • providing exceptional guest service and ensuring order accuracy
  • restocking and maintaining restaurant stations
  • serving food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
