Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to provide outstanding guest service
Desire to be an integral part of a growing restaurant team
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
Basic knowledge of restaurant and dining operations is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills
Weekday availability for lunch

Job Duties

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of tables, chairs, booths, floors, and other areas of the restaurant as assigned
Removes used tableware during guests' meal
Cleans and sanitizes table and seats after guests depart
Unloads, sorts, and stacks dishes and glassware to designated dish wash areas
Inspects assigned restroom areas every 30 minutes and cleans as needed
Assists servers and food runners to deliver meals to guests in large parties or during peak periods
Willingness to fill in for other roles as needed to ensure smooth operation of the dining room
Attends all staff meetings as assigned
