Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
US work authorization required
Reliable transportation required
No prior restaurant experience required although useful
Must take and pass all training tests 90 percent or higher
Must obtain California Food Handler Certificate within 30 days from hire date

Guest oriented with ability to take care of guests needs while following T S procedures
Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and safely operate and handle all required equipment appliances and tools
Ability to actively attend to convey and understand comments and questions of others
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with guests coworkers and management
Ability to receive and follow directions from supervisors including computer generated tickets
Ability to work together with a team in a positive manner to achieve common goals
Ability to exhibit a cheerful demeanor toward others
Neat and well groomed

Job Duties

Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table
Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm personal friendly manner
Assist Service Team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests meal and take them to kitchen for cleaning
After guest has finished dining prepare table by clearing and cleaning table and resetting for next guest
Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period
Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner
