Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally greater
- Must be able to go from warm to cold climates
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and carry approximately 20 feet
- Ability to walk approximately one-fourth of a mile
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to read and comprehend BEO, diagrams, and other documents
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and extreme heat
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in wet, humid, or cold conditions
- Ability to handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise environments
- Ability to wear non-skid shoes at all times

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service in a fast paced environment preferred
Job Duties
- Keep restaurant tables and surrounding areas clean and presentable to dining room guests
- Support hosts and servers in providing exceptional service to restaurant guests
- Participate in the flow of work within the restaurant to maximize quality and efficiency
- Set up stations with flatware (polished), B&B plates, coffee and tea supplies, cups, saucers, all glassware, ice, etc
- Remove dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table
- Replace used dishes and silverware for the next course and reset vacated tables
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, floors, windows and restrooms between seatings
- Greet guests as appropriate and serve water, rolls and butter
- Communicate with host/hostess and wait staff to maintain service efficiency
- Assist servers with food delivery especially during peak periods
- Thank guests as they leave
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house
- Restock dining room supplies such as china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen
- Comply with health, sanitation and safety procedures including proper hand washing, safe usage of knives, proper lifting techniques and compliance with OSHA, HAACP, ServSafe, and PPE standards
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through teamwork and professional conduct
- Participate in positive team relations
- Assist with restocking and work multiple stations
- Demonstrate familiarity of restaurant's products, menus and promotions
- Perform other related duties as required
