Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas promptly and thoroughly
- Reset tables with silverware and condiments to prepare for new guests
- Assist hosts and servers in efficient seating and table turnover
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining room throughout shifts
- Support managers in ensuring the dining environment meets safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor and replenish dining supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth service flow
