Job Duties
- Preparing dining areas before guests arrive including setting tables with silverware glassware napkins and condiments
- Assisting servers by running food and clearing tables efficiently
- Keeping the dining area clean and organized throughout service
- Resetting tables quickly for incoming guests
- Communicating with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth flow of service
- Supporting food delivery from the kitchen when needed
- Following all safety sanitation and health guidelines
- Assisting with additional duties as assigned by management
