Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry level position
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible work schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Constant walking and standing
- Constant hearing, seeing, and talking
- Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment

Job Duties
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, condiments, and set-ups
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Assist food servers by serving guests water and replenish, as necessary
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Clean up unexpected spills immediately
- Maintain a high level of sanitation at all times
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using authorized, institutional labeled cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health and safety standards
- Attend trainings, pre-shifts, and departmental meeting as scheduled
- Assist in training and supporting of new employees
