Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Entry level position
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work flexible work schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to stand during entire shift

Job Duties

Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, condiments, and set-ups
Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
Assist food servers by serving guests water and replenish, as necessary
Transport all dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
Clean up unexpected spills immediately
Maintain a high level of sanitation at all times
Perform any general cleaning tasks using authorized, institutional labeled cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health and safety standards
Attend trainings, pre-shifts, and departmental meeting as scheduled
Assist in training and supporting of new employees
