Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale system
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have or be able to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests in choosing options
Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and ensure order accuracy with delivery drivers
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bus dishes to kitchen dishwasher, reset tables as needed, and remove bus tubs from bar to dishwasher
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and deliver food within the restaurant
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
