- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have or be able to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests in choosing options
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and ensure order accuracy with delivery drivers
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bus dishes to kitchen dishwasher, reset tables as needed, and remove bus tubs from bar to dishwasher
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
