Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or be willing to obtain one
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of restaurant sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guests' questions
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experiences anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas, deliver food within the restaurant
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
