Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or be willing to obtain one
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale system
Understanding of restaurant sanitation and safety procedures
Effective communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guests' questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
Deliver amazing hospitality experiences anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas, deliver food within the restaurant
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
