Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from work with varying start and end times
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Strong work ethic and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to handle multiple tasks and high stress situations
Excellent communication skills
Team player with self-motivation
Attention to detail
Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve

Job Duties

Clean tables and tableware throughout shifts
Move dirty tableware to dish area
Stock all areas of the restaurant appropriately
Assist dishwasher by clearing food and cleaning dish area
Clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings
Inspect and clean restrooms every half hour
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors
Thank guests as they leave
Communicate and assist FOH and BOH as needed
Clean designated areas assigned by leadership
