Job Requirements

Read, understand and speak English
able to communicate clearly and concisely
able to stand for an eight-hour shift
able to lift up to 50 lbs
able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves
able to climb stairs and ladders
able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets and other items
able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively within a team
good physical stamina
positive attitude and willingness to learn
customer service orientation

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual
maintain, clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
assist with delivery of bread and water service
pre-bus and maintain tables consistently throughout shift
stock and maintain side stations
stock and maintain clean glassware, flatware and work areas throughout the restaurant
stock and maintain linen pars and levels
respond to guest requests in a clear and polite manner
complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis
assist other team members as necessary
stock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members
follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook
