Job Duties
- Clear tables quickly and efficiently in under three minutes
- reset tables with clean linens and folded silverware
- communicate table readiness to hosts and servers
- perform light housekeeping duties including restroom maintenance and rolling silverware
- maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- support the team by assisting with other server needs as required
- adhere to health and safety standards
