Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions
- Completion of orientation and training programs
- Compliance with local and state regulations on food and alcohol service certifications
- Physically able to stand, walk, reach, and lift objects up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to maintain uniform standards and personal grooming
- No visible jewelry in ears, face, neck, or wrists
- No headphones or earbuds during work
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations
- Successful completion of required training and certifications including food and alcohol service certifications
- Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
