Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room at all times
- assist servers in delivering excellent guest service
- ensure dining tables and areas are wiped down and reset promptly
- support compliance with health and safety standards
- keep restaurant floors clean and free of debris
- refill water glasses and assist guests as needed
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
