Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording and end-of-shift prompts
- interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service
- works directly with team members to fulfill guests' needs and requests promptly
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food and ensuring proper food handling and guest satisfaction
- acknowledges all guests within five feet with a friendly manner
- provides immediate responses to guest requests and inquiries
- performs table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- assists servers in pre-bussing dishware
- removes all plate and glassware after guest departure
- resets tables promptly including silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- empties trash cans
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking and preparing work areas for next shift
- washes hands every 20 minutes
- maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- works with team members to enforce safety and sanitation protocols
- supports other front of house functions recognizing their impact on guest experience
- communicates positively with other team members and management
- provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- possesses communication skills and ability to work alone or in a team
- multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- meets minimum age requirement as dictated by state law
- remains standing for extended periods
- bends, squats, and lifts up to 30 lbs for short distances
- works with varying noise levels
- maintains balance while carrying heavy loads
- communicates timely and accurately in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
