Job Duties
- ensure the restaurant is clean, safe and sanitized
- maintain the dining room in a spotless and organized manner
- clean tables efficiently and set them with silverware for incoming guests
- assist hosts, servers, and managers in seating guests and managing table turnovers
- support the team to create a positive and welcoming guest experience
- follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
- respond promptly to dining room needs to facilitate smooth operations
