Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to teamwork and customer service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- adherence to company policies including drug and alcohol prohibition
- successful completion of Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Bussing, cleaning and properly resetting tables
- having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommending and upselling products
- answering the phones in a prompt and professional manner and directing calls
- assisting throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages
- assisting with guests and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- committing to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift
