Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to teamwork and customer service
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • adherence to company policies including drug and alcohol prohibition
  • successful completion of Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • good communication skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Bussing, cleaning and properly resetting tables
  • having a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommending and upselling products
  • answering the phones in a prompt and professional manner and directing calls
  • assisting throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages
  • assisting with guests and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
  • committing to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift
