Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • ability to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
  • willingness to attend and complete all required training sessions including orientation and compliance certifications
  • adherence to grooming and uniform standards
  • no jewelry or headphones allowed on duty

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • must attend and successfully complete required training programs including policies and procedures, and food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
