Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
strong communication and teamwork skills
physical capability to perform manual tasks required for the role

Job Qualifications

understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Support the wait staff
prepare dining areas before guests are seated
clear plates, glasses, and silverware
refill waters and manage bread service
clean and reset tables
perform side work and station setup
sweep, mop, and maintain overall dining room and facility cleanliness
