Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Possession of a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different items for takeout and catering and assist guests in choosing menu items
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery driver ensuring order accuracy
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bus dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, reset tables as needed, and remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layouts and server areas and deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
